A: Common departure ports include Qingdao Port, Tianjin Xingang, and Shanghai Port. Shandong Purun is located in Zouping, Binzhou—approximately 250 km from Qingdao Port—offering convenient inland transport; therefore, Qingdao Port is our preferred export hub. We can also arrange shipments via ports specified by the customer.

A: Standard stock products: Ready for shipment 7–15 days after receipt of the deposit.
Custom/non-standard size products: 20–40 days (depending on the mill's production schedule). For orders involving deep processing (cutting, drilling, etc.): Please add 3–7 days to the original delivery schedule.

A : T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): Typically 30% deposit + 70% balance upon presentation of the Bill of Lading copy or prior to shipment; L/C (Sight/Usance): Subject to the issuing bank's creditworthiness; OA (Open Account) or D/P (Documents against Payment) terms may be negotiated for long-term, stable clients.

A: Export quotes are based on FOB Qingdao (or Tianjin/Shanghai) by default and exclude VAT (as exports are tax-exempt). For CIF/CFR terms, please provide the destination port and container type so we can calculate the ocean freight.

A: We are based in Shandong, a major steel production hub, allowing us to keep procurement costs under control. We also reduce overall logistics costs by consolidating various product categories into single shipments. While we may not offer the absolute lowest price for every single item, we guarantee highly competitive total costs—factoring in our comprehensive product range and integrated logistics—when quality is equal. We welcome price comparisons.

A: Please take photos immediately, retain the original packaging, and notify a third-party inspection agency. We handle issues in accordance with international trade practices and contract terms: shortages are resolved via reshipment or refund based on tally reports; quality discrepancies are settled through negotiated compensation following mutual confirmation or third-party arbitration. We adhere to the principle of "resolving the problem first, clarifying responsibility later" and will never shirk or delay our obligations.

A: We provide a complete set of customs clearance documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin (CO, FORM E, etc.), and material test certificates. We can also provide clearance guidelines or recommend local customs brokers based on client needs, though we do not directly assume responsibility or costs for destination port customs clearance.
