A : We implement a three-level control system: mill inspection → random inspection at the Purun warehouse → optional customer/third-party inspection before container loading. For large or critical orders, we support live video inspections and can also dispatch personnel to the mill to oversee production. Quality issues are handled strictly in accordance with contract terms.
